Researchers have traditionally obtained consumer opinions through the mail, over the telephone or while shopping at a mall. With the advent of computers and the growth of the Internet, there is now an exciting new way to gather these valuable opinions. The Internet allows you to respond to a survey at your leisure; any time of day, any day of the week and at your own computer.

Your opinions are very important and they help shape the products and services of the future. We invite you to be part of this special group of consumers by joining our online Panel.

As a panelist, you will represent consumer needs and opinions similar to yours to companies nationwide. Your participation and feedback will shape the way many companies alter their existing products and services and develop new ideas to better serve your needs. Panel members are invited to voice new insights and perspectives on a wide range of topics. Manufacturers will look toward you for feedback on product performance, styling, features, slogans and pricing just to name a few. In addition, our panelists find that answering surveys can be fun and interesting.

There are many benefits to being a member of our online panel. Most importantly, the surveys provide you with a forum to express your opinions and let manufacturers know what you think about many different products and services. Your answers can influence which products go to market or which ones are discontinued. In addition, we may ask you to try out a product at home and tell us what you think about it. You will always be paid an incentive appropriate to the amount of time spent should you fully qualify and complete.

The personal information you provide is used to target you for survey invitations to which you may qualify and to group your answers with other panelists. Your individual identity is always kept confidential and is never sold to a third party.

When you sign up, you will be issued a unique respondent ID number, which will appear on every survey you receive from Esearch.com. If your email address (or other personal information) changes, you log in to the Members page and enter the email address Esearch.com has on file for you AND your UserID number. With this information, you will be taken to your profile where you can update the entry.

Our clients are typically looking for very specific demographics when they're doing their research. For example, they may want to know what 35 to 50 year old women with household incomes above $55K think of a certain product. We need to do our best to find those respondents. We sort our data so that we only send a survey to women who are 35 to 50 years old and are within that income range. If you are uncomfortable providing that information, that's fine. The only required field is your email address. However, by providing less information, you will not be selected for as many surveys.

Each survey has some form of incentive involved based on the amount of time spent. In all instances the incentive is clearly stated in the survey invitation. If you fully qualify and fully complete with quality, usable data, you will receive your incentive by the pay date noted in the email invitation.

If you want to be removed from our online research panel, just send a removal request to esearch@esearch.com or click Unsubscribe in one of the email invtiations. Removals are handled immediately.
